The Trojan horse reversed
...he made contact with a Hong-Kong distributor who
seemed interested. So he decided to concentrate all his
efforts on this part of Asia, to the extent that his contacts
increased. He soon organised a business trip to the former
British sovereign territory to meet three future clients
and make several hundreds of thousand francs worth of
sales (over three quarters of his turnover came from the
export market) during the first year of trading, thanks
to this manna from Asia. If you visit his Website - http://www.win-some.com
(the company's name, Winsome, is a deliberate play on
words : winsome, when reversed, makes 'some wine'), you'll
see that it contains no wealth of latest Internet technology.
I think its creator wouldn't mind me saying that it's
actually rather boring. On the other hand, the intelligence
and organisation of its advertising makes it a prime selling
tool for this young businessman. In fact he consecrates
two hours a day to the organisation and promotion of his
site, renewing its content, following up his business
contacts, improving its references in the search engines
or participating in discussion groups.

or losers ?
